We decided to take you on a tour to the meat factory we use. Our hamburgers are are our own special grind of a meat to fat ratio that makes them juicy and super tasty! They are 8 ounce patties making our Fox double burger a pound of meat!

The individually packing of meat.
Factory sealed is a safer alternative to ordering bulk or purchasing at a local grocer then sealing in the restaurant. It's handled correctly and doesn't allow it to age the wrong way before vacuums packing.
A department that was one of the tightest run was the ground beef/hamburger. They only use the freshest meat that the customer requests for their grind. Packaged and sealed into packs of 5 for our restaurant means we don't have opened beef sitting for days. You get fresh burgers that are wonderful and served anyway you like! We recommend medium to medium rare!
