Kurt Gardner

itegrity, passion and a drive to simply be the best are the core values of president and CEO kurt gardner. kurt started his career in the restaurant industry as many have, at the bottom. he began bartending in 1993 in a small family owned hotel pub. kurt learned the value of hard work and a commitment to quality as he gained experience advancing himself to overseeing full operations of the hotel.  In 1996 at the age of 25 he left the family business to grow on his own and quickly became a multi unit operator in canada’s largest casual dining and sports bar franchise. now, a restaurant developer, kurt plans to build the fox & fiddle concept throughout california with an industry leading franchise program. kurt and his family relocated to southern california from the okanagan valley in british columbia. he’s a husband, a devoted father of four who loves to golf, play tennis and stay active with his children in his spare time.

Danny Chen

danny is an attorney by trade (no one is perfect), a fan of great food and sports at night, and a passionate entrepreneur who loves the restaurant industry.  danny has successfully helped introduce world-renowned brands and concepts to america. danny is born in taiwan and grew up in vancouver, canada; his path to the present is one that has been diverse and global.  he has lived and worked in lansing michigan, ottawa ontario, hong kong, vancouver, taipei, and he is now based in orange county, california.  the fox & fiddle concept is one that speaks loudly to danny; it is an honestly simple concept of community-building social house, filled with great people who casually gather for passionately prepared food and drinks. danny is excited to take on the challenge of growing the fox & fiddle throughout california
